What photos do you need?
Clear, well-lit photos — ideally front and side views, plus any close-ups of details (outfits, markings, accessories). For pets, 5–10 photos give the best likeness.
How long does it take?
Production is typically 10–15 business days before dispatch, as every piece is made to order and hand-painted.
What are they made of?
Durable 3D-printed material, hand-painted and finished for a smooth, collectible look.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes — across India (₹200) and to 28 countries worldwide (₹1,800 flat).
Can I order figurines of my whole family or my pet?

What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 5 days with photos and we'll remake or replace it free. See our Refund Policy for details.
